Designed in 1930, the Foth Derby was intended as a low-cost alternative to the Leica and Contax cameras, popular in that time. It's a strut folding viewfinder for 127 film rolls. In 1937, Alfred Hitchcock featured the camera in "Young and Innocent" also knows in America as "The Girl Was Young". Measures 4 1/2 x 3. Germany, circa 1930.
