We have always had an affinity for a sexy pedestal cake plate, but it was Hollywood superstar Pastry Chef Valerie Gordon (Valerie's Confections) who taught us that for cake display, the pedestal is EVERYTHING. We previously focused on the top, now it's the stem! This circa early 1900's clear glass is 10" diam x 5 1/4" H. Bubbles in glass, seam, and knife cuts are all indicative of age. One available.

Our favorite blends from our favorite tea house. Mariage Frères, one of the oldest established houses since 1854. Delicate loose leaf tea below in the classic black Mariage Freres tin.

Prop we used in a set design, this gorgeous silver-plated teapot would also be beautiful holding roses. Measures 10 L x 9 1/2 H x 5" W. Arrives unpolished as we prefer the patina but would certainly clean up beautifully.

Vintageweave Exclusive! Discovered these touchons (kitchen towels) in Provence. The entire lot was purchased from one estate where the original French owner hand embroidered "EL" in a gorgeous red font. We were so taken with their gorgeous weight and size, that an idea for an apron was born. Each features a double pleat at the top and French Twill tie in 48" length each side. Overall apron size: 27 x 28". An absolute favorite not found elsewhere. Heavy homespun pure French linen. Tea Towel: France, circa early 1900's.
